Terms of use for on-line photo gallery.
- Posting
is available free of charge to visitors of the website for the purpose
of displaying photos for viewing by the general public for entertainment
purposes only. Photos for the contest are also automatically entered
into the monthly contest giveaway.
- Photos
must contain subject matter related to fishing. For inclusion in the monthly
photo contest, the photo must include at least a fish that was
caught in the waters surrounding Long Island.
Photos
containing matter of unrelated subjects will be immediately rejected from
posting in the on-line gallery.
- User's
of the on-line gallery refute any liability by Barrier Beach Fish Works
Co. (BBFW) for damages or claims related
to the posting of any photo in the on-line gallery, and user's assume sole
responsibility
for any damages or claims arising from posting of any photos they have
themselves submitted to the on-line gallery.
- BBFW
retains sole descretion over content that is diplayed in the on-line gallery.
- Employees,
advertisers, and business associations of BBFW may submit photos for the
on-line gallery, but are not eligible for contest promotions.
Monthly
contest
rules
- Submissions
meeting the above terms of use, will automatically be entered into the
free monthly photo contest for the month during which they are submitted.
- Past
photo submissions may also be judged as a winner as long as they have not
been chosen previously as a monthly winner.
- BBFW
reviews all photo that are submitted and decides
on a winner. Contest
winners are chosen at the sole impartial discretion of BBFW.
- Photos
are judged for composition, clarity, ease of identification of fish species,
originality, and of course the size & rarity of the fish caught. The
largest fish doesn't always win!
- Photo
submissions qualify for the monthly contest giveaway

- Contest
winner will be notified by email, and are required to confirm with BBFW
that they are accepting the prize award, and their selection of such prize.
Emails may be blocked by the winning participants
email server for bulk or spam reasons, as to which BBFW cannot be held
responsible for.
- Employees,
advertisers, and business associations of BBFW are not eligible for
contest promotions.
